Getting Started: Set up your Yoga Nidra practice space by placing a bolster lengthwise on your mat and slipping a block under the top end, so that the bolster slants gently. Lie down with your sitting bones on the mat and with the bolster supporting you from the low back to the head. Place a folded blanket under your head for a pillow. Yoga Nidra means conscious yogic sleep that promotes extreme relaxation and healing. This practice helps to minimize tension, inspire creativity, relax the body and mind, promote physical and emotional recovery as well as instil a feeling of deep harmony and peace within. Welcome to Yoga Nidra Practice for Deep Relaxation and Life Fulfillment
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation and guided meditation that you practice comfortably lying down on your back with your arms by your sides, your palms facing up and your head on a pillow.
Yoga Nidra means conscious and aware sleep. It is that state when you are totally relaxed yet conscious and aware. Similar to when you are just about to fall asleep.
Yoga Nidra practices were developed thousands years ago as a means to achieve the deepest states of inner peace and relaxation. A way to positively impact and recondition your mind's subconscious layers.
Yoga Nidra can help you solve problems and enhance both your intuition and your creativity. It will rejuvenate your body and your mind.
It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of deep sleep.
It is a powerful and delightful practice that you can do on a daily basis at any suitable time for you.
Stay awake, stay still and do not sleep.
First take a moment to set an intention, a 'sankalpa', a resolve for your life.
Something you wish to manifest in any areas of your life or a quality you wish to cultivate/ embody for example: fearlessness, courage, inner peace, fulfillment...etc.
Use either the present or future tense in a simple a simple sentence such as:
' I am in radiant health and will heal completely'
'I will be successful in all that I undertake'
' I will awaken my spiritual potential'
The wording should be precise, clear and meaningful for you.
Stay with the same resolve every day until you manifest it, achieve it, embody it.
ENJOY THE JOURNEY.

Loved it!
It’s so calming the first one was my personal favorite.
If you make a mistake, you must go back to 27
Meh... not very relaxing, and just sort of ends in silence, not letting you know it's supposed to be over.

This is the first yoga nidra I tried. There are a few good ones on youtube but like a bargain shopper, with a free service you may have to do some searching. Everything about the setup/content of this meditation is soothing, the voice, the guidance, the breathing, etc... except for one small thing; I have to open my eyes and switch the audio segments after the first and second set of about 15 minutes. Is there any way that I can switch them without having to do that? Put them in a playlist somehow or something? Or anywhere or way I can get the entire meditation in one clip?
